Desert Sky on Fire

The image I used for inspiration for this piece practically begged for me to paint it! It features a tall saguaro cactus beneath clouds of glowing oranges, yellows, and reds with patches of blue opening through the sky. The dramatic colors convey the quiet wonder of watching a desert evening unfold, bringing warmth and a sense of open space to your room. The Sonoran Desert is my home and the place for spectacular sunset skies.
